To order a standard size custom made suit, please refer to the chart below to determine your size. Standard size suits fit a wide range of riders. You also have the option to have a "Split Fit" suit custom made if you are larger in the upper portion of your body than the lower. For example, you may fit into a size 50 suit from the waist up and a size 48 suit from the waist down. We can fuse the two size patterns together and custom make a "Split Fit" suit that will fit you best and cost less than a full custom size made to measure suit.

So I bought these pants last summer and it proved to be a good deal. The pants are sized S,M.L... and are considered overpants. I would prefer numerical sizing and I don't wear them as overpants. (4 stars). I was hit and was wearing the pants( and matching jacket), slid for about 75' or so and the gear did its job. Yeah they were toast, but I was not. So I bought it again.

Wish I was 25 pounds less now than where I'll be by this spring but at 6'+ with a 41 waist and 32 inseam the regular 2XL cinched up with about 2" to spare out of the 5"+ available on each side adjuster. The rise and inseam were good. I also bought a pair of the regular XL to compare the fit to the XL tush-to-tush so to speak. I would have returned the 2XL as I should loose enough girth by spring so the waist would have come in but the rise was about 1.375" shorter and the hips too tight with the stock hip pads let alone the Core Level 2 hip pads I had in the 2XL during test fitting. I also kept in the rain liner. It is important to note that I was trying both pair on over only a thin pair of poly tights (to keep the pants clean if I was returning them), and will not wear them as over-pants. I also adjust the knee pads to their lowest position, and the 2XL inseam seems fine.
BTW, Collin at Pilot USA as well as his associates provided super customer support, and the return of the XL was on their dime.
being an engineer with his own sewing machine and a long background in clothing design and manufacture, IMO the Pilot Omni Air V2 mesh pants are among the very best out there, and rally for the money cannot be beat. proof will be in the pudding down the road

I ordered the 2XL Tall (I'm 5'11 and wear a 36 waist), and they fit "perfectly" which is not exactly what I want in an overpant. For me, the 2XL Tall could be a little roomier and longer in the leg. After wearing them on a couple of rides I had to look at the tag to make sure I had actually gotten a 2XL tall, I thought maybe I had overlooked it when I got them and possibly had been shipped a regular length instead of a tall. They are a little heavy and a bit bulky but nothing you won't get used to. I haven't had the opportunity to wear them without the liner yet so I can't speak about that.
Overall, the protection from wind and water seems to be there and I'm satisfied with them.

I wear a 42 x 30 work pants, when i measured my self per the size charting instructioons, 44 hips and 51 around the belly, i was falling into the 4XL range.
Was a little nervous because that seemed really large and the 33 inch inseam worried me. Figured i would go 4XL and if need be exchange down a size.
At first glance I thought for sure I would need a smaller size. I went ahead and put them on, and I also got the v brace suspenders.
For me the suspenders are essential, the pants do have a little weight, and they rider higher than my work pants so the extra room for my belly is good, the knee pads felt a little low and just a bit long in length, however once i was suited up and on the bike in riding position, the knee pads, the length nad fit was spit on, so not sending them back. I have had a Tranurban jaket for a while so I knew what to expect for material and quality. I so far I have not found ay gear of competive price that even comes close to the material quality. Another thing that someone else mentioned, that I appreciate as well is the fcat that pilotvdoes jot EMBLAZON thier logo across thier products like some other brands do. They have small , thoughtfully placed logo or symbol that is nicely done..
They are a little bulky and will take some getting used to as far as getting in and out of, walking around etc. I do have light more manuaverable gear, but it does not have any real protection, its just breaks the wind. Plan to use these for dual sport road trips. Forest roads, hughways etc...defintlyvto heavy for the trails.

I am 6' 210. I purchased the XL. Leg length is perfect, legs are a little baggy but comfortable, waist is good and the adjustable waist straps make it easy to adjust to what ever layers you have underneath. Some air flow but not too much. I stay comfortable wearing jeans underneath in the high 30's to mid 60's without the zip in liner. In hotter summer weather I will probably need to wear shorts underneath to stay cool.
They feel a little bulky but I have found that they are comfortable to keep on while off the bike and stopping at stores as long as the WP liner is not in. If the liner is in and I am off the bike I will sweat in them.
Takes a little practice to get them off and on quickly. If you have the liner in you will need to remove your boots to get the pants on. If you don't have the liner in open the side velcro and zippers all the way and it makes it easy to get them on.
They do get a little hot in the seat, but It is difficult to add airflow to the area you are sitting directly on.
They appear to be well made. I am Very happy so far and hope they hold up for a long time.
The red tab system is great and the hanging loops inside the waist are very handy.
