Terms and Conditions


All orders will be shipped prepaid by credit card or money order if in stock and ready to ship. All custom made products including suits, jackets and pants will be prepaid by credit card or money order at the time of order.

If a fit sample is being shipped, it will be shipped at no cost and return label will be supplied at no cost to the customer for a simple and easy return.

Returns On Ready To Ship Items (Non-Custom Items)

Returns are accepted within 30 days of initial purchase. We charge no restocking fee and return shipping is free. To initiate a return log into your account, select completed orders, find the order you'd like to return and select request a return. You will receive an email when your return is approved containing an electronic UPS return label, print it out, apply it to the box and ship the item back in its original packaging. No item will be accepted without a pre-authorized return authorization number (#RA) written clearly on outside of box, or a a pre-approved UPS label sent from Pilot.

For product returns that are outside the 30 day window, please call or email us.

Returns On Made To Order Items (Custom Items)

Custom made suits, jackets and pants do not qualify for return as these products are made specifically for the purchaser.

Warranty On Ready To Ship Items (Non-Custom Items)

All ready to ship items are offered with a 2 year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship except for gloves. Gloves are offered with 1 year limited manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and craftsmanship.

Warranty On Made To Order Items (Custom Items)

Pilot takes pride in its reputation for products of high quality and durability. Due to motorcycle riding and racing applications, however, PILOT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OR MERCHANTABILITY AND THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If you feel your custom Pilot product has preformed below your expectations, suffers from defects or has any quality issues at all, please feel free to contact us and we'll make every effort to rectify the problem.


All claims for damage or missing goods are the responsibility of the carrier. Always check the condition of the merchandise in the presence of the carrier. All claims must be made same day with the original box and packing kept on hand for inspection by the carrier.


Orders may be placed by phone during normal business hours or on-line 24 hours a day.

Custom Size Suit, Jacket and Pants Orders

All custom size suits, jackets and pants will be made to order based on the measurements supplied. Pilot will make every effort to find errors in the measurements if they exist and can be identified. However, it is up to the customer to supply the correct and proper information as requested. Every custom made product will be made based on the information supplied. Pilot is not responsible for improper measurements that are supplied by the customer. Pictures must be supplied to complete the order.

The time to produce any custom product starts once all art and sizing is approved, not when the order is placed.

If a custom made suit, jacket, pants or gloves is not paid for in full within 90 days of completion, it will be auctioned off for sale and deposit or prior payment made will be forfeited.


If you need to have your leather, textile or mesh garment altered, repaired, serviced or cleaned, we can help. Please send an email to support@pilotmotosport.com with pictures and a brief explanation of what is to be done. We will then send you a quote for the work to be done. Make sure to include your name, address, email and phone number.

Once the item is received, we may see more that needs to be done based on the original pictures sent and will send you a revised quote at that time if needed. Most work is completed within 2-3 days after receipt. This can vary depending on time of season and work load.

Once your quote is approved, prepayment is required.

Back Orders

Every effort will be made to notify the customer of an item that is not in stock at the time the order is placed. The back order will be kept on file until the item becomes available. At the time of availability, a call or email will be placed to verify the back order is to be shipped unless noted.


All closeout items are sold first come, first served and can not be returned. These items may be exchanged at the customers expense if inventory exists.


If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. If you have ordered a custom made suit, jacket or pants, the order may not be able to be canceled depending on where your order is in the production process. If the order can be canceled, there will be a cancellation fee of 20% in addition to any fees associated with custom fitting and/or shipping of the item being made. Once a custom made product has been cut and sewn, cancellation is not possible. All cancellation requests must be done in writing and sent to support@pilotmotosport.com immediately.

- Custom fitting: If you were sized by Pilot and decided not to follow through with your custom product order, there will be a cancellation fee of $ 100.00 for the fitting and time.

- Shipping: If you were shipped a fit sample and decide to cancel your order, you will be refunded the cost of the goods less the shipping to you and back to Pilot.


Once your order is complete, it is shipped by USPS Priority Mail Air Service for 2-3 day delivery six days a week, Monday through Saturday, in all 50 Sates including APO and FPO addresses.

Shipping is available to any address in the world and the option of USPS Priority Mail International Air Service or USPS First Class International Service is offered.

UPS shipping is also available for an additional fee which is calculated at checkout if selected.

All orders placed by 1:00pm pacific time, will be shipped same day guaranteed. Orders placed after that may be shipped same day or the following business day based on shipping volume.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped in batches, once weekly on Monday. If you require expedited international shipping please contact us at support@pilotmotosport.com prior to placing your order.


The purchaser of any product releases Pilot from any and all liabilities, including losses of any kind whatsoever relating to such purchase and to the use of those products. Such purchasers shall hold Pilot harmless and indemnify Pilot in the event of a loss which occurs form such products. The purchaser recognizes that any alteration of modification to any product may increase the risk of injury or accident.

No Liability for Errors

Pilot assumes no liability for errors in part numbers, pricing or specifications. Pilot reserves the right to change product quality, descriptions, prices and applications at any time without notice and with no further obligation.
